Year-End Closing Procedure for versions PRIOR to version 9

For those of you who wish to archive your prior year accounting data (and we hope all of you will), CMC Group offers a procedure that you can use. . Pleas read these instructions BEFORE you start to close the year! This is not necessary in Ver 9

Rich Text Format can be read by most major word processors and is faster to download. Just click on the version you want and follow your browsers directions. Then you can read it using your normal word processor..

Portable Document Format allows you to view and print a document exactly as it was originally created. It requires tthe free Adobe Acrobat Reader whochis available for WWindows 95/98/ME/XP platforms
